Warranty Coverage

Three warranties. Twenty-five years each. No asterisks.

Every Eastcrest Energy installation is covered by three distinct warranties — one from the panel manufacturer, one from the inverter manufacturer, and one from us. We keep them separate on purpose, so claims go to the right party the first time and nothing falls through the cracks.

What's Covered

Three layers of protection.

PRODUCT

25-year product warranty

Panel manufacturer's defect and power-output warranty. Covers physical defects and production below rated output.

INVERTER

25-year inverter warranty

Enphase IQ microinverter 25-year standard. SolarEdge HD-Wave extendable to 25 years. Parts + labor on Enphase.

WORKMANSHIP

25-year workmanship warranty

Our coverage on everything we touched: flashings, racking, conduit, and electrical terminations.

01 — The Difference

Why three separate warranties matter.

Some solar contractors advertise a single “comprehensive” warranty — but when you read the fine print, it's usually just a pass-through of the manufacturer warranties with no contractor-backed workmanship coverage. If the installer stuffed a flashing wrong in year 12 and water starts leaking into the attic, that's a workmanship issue the manufacturer won't cover. Without a real contractor workmanship warranty, you pay out of pocket.

We keep the three warranties separate on purpose. The panel manufacturer warrants what they built. The inverter manufacturer warrants what they built. And we warrant what we did. Each party is responsible for its own work, and claims go to the right party the first time.

02 — How Claims Work

When something goes wrong.

For any warranty claim, you call us first — 609-719-8191. We diagnose on site (or remotely for monitoring-detectable issues), determine which of the three warranties applies, file the paperwork with the manufacturer if needed, and schedule the repair. You don't navigate manufacturer portals or wait on hold. The entire process is ours to manage.

Typical response times: within 48 hours for diagnosis, within 7–14 days for scheduled repair (faster for system-down emergencies). Manufacturer parts turnaround is usually 1–2 weeks; emergency stock for common failure modes (Enphase microinverters, SolarEdge optimizers) is typically same-day from our inventory.
